This semidetached house near the beach is developed in 3 levels: Basement for storage, Ground Floor for the living areas and First Floor dedicated to the private area.

Large windows facing back garden were used to enhance the entrance of light to the bedrooms and kitchen. Also over the stairs area a roof light was placed for the same reason.
